: James Randi, that well known skeptic, has written a book called the "Faith Healers" generally debunking the laying on of hands etc. If you follow the link below it goes to the Randi Foundation where there are details of the book. Interestingly enough, Mr Randi and his organisation have put up $971,000 to anyone who can prove a paranormal phenomenon. No-one has taken the money yet.
